We’ve been coming to Sushi & Maki for years, and it never disappoints! The tuna nigiri is melt-in-your-mouth fresh, and the salmon sashimi bowl is always perfectly portioned. The staff is so friendly and remembers our order every time, making it feel like a home away from home. If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality sushi in Portland, this is the spot!
As a sushi fanatic, I’ve tried dozens of spots in Portland, and Sushi & Maki is by far my favorite. The kampachi nigiri is a revelation—super fresh with just the right amount of melt. Their tuna maki roll is perfectly balanced, and the rice is seasoned to perfection. The sleek, welcoming vibe makes it the perfect place for a date night or a solo sushi feast. 10/10, will be back weekly!
Incredible sushi experience! The ebi nigiri was plump and sweet, and the salmon nigiri was buttery and fresh. The service was fast and attentive, even on a busy Saturday night. The prices are fair for the quality, and the atmosphere is cozy but modern. I can’t recommend Sushi & Maki enough—Portland’s best kept sushi secret!
